The HOOT is a down-home, grass-roots, music festival that takes place twice a year. Founded and operated by Ruthy Ungar and Mike Merenda (The Mammals) and held on the grounds of the beautiful Ashokan Center in Olivebridge, NY. We filmed this during the Winter Hoot
